Which voltage version should I choose?
110V (US plug) for the US, Canada and Japan. 220V UK plug for the UK, and 220V EU plug for Europe and other 220V regions. Performance is identical.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 3–7 days and typically arrive in 14–30 days via DHL, UPS, FedEx or local couriers. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
What does the warranty cover?
The main unit and handpiece are each covered for 1 year, with early-stage replacement (90 days main unit / 30 days handpiece) and 48-hour fast replacement for eligible cases.
How often do I replace the dust bag?
Each 160 g deodorizing bag lasts about two months under an average salon workload, and changes in about 3 seconds. Bags come in 6-packs.
Does it work with my drill bits?
Yes. The handpiece is compatible with all standard 2.35 mm drill bits.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Afterpay / Clearpay is available at checkout in supported regions.
What is your return policy?
Cancel before shipping for a full refund. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. No restocking fee. Contact support for the return address.
